Get ready to join us for the United Minds Fundraiser Walk, proudly supporting United Minds, a local mental health service in Diamond Creek that provides vital support to our community!
Come along for a special walk along the Diamond Creek Trail on Sunday, May 18, 2025, and be part of a great day to promote mental health awareness, fitness, and community spirit.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, May 18, 2025
- Start Location: Nillumbik Park, off Gipson Street (behind the Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool)
- Route: We’ll walk along the beautiful Diamond Creek Trail, heading towards Wattle Glen, and then turn around to return to the starting point. The total walk is approximately 7km.
- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Finish Time: When everyone crosses the finish line – we aim to be finished by 11:00 AM.
This is a family-friendly event – everyone’s welcome to join in:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Kids under 5 years old can participate for free!
- Prams are allowed
- Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash at all times.
Parking:
- Parking is available at the starting point, but please note it is limited. There is plenty of parking within walking distance.

United Minds is a registered charity providing essential mental health services to the community in Melbourne’s northern and northeastern suburbs. They offer a diverse range of psychological support, including therapy, assessments, and community workshops, with a focus on making mental health care accessible to everyone—especially those facing financial or situational barriers. All profits from their private clinic are reinvested into subsidised services for those in need, and the funds raised through this event will directly support these vital services.
