We’re pleased to let you know that Nillumbik Leisure Facilities is upgrading its customer management system from Links Modular Solutions to Perfect Gym, with the new system going live on Thursday the 9th of April.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a more modern, user-friendly and efficient service for all members and guests.

You’ll benefit from:
- A more user-friendly online customer portal
- Online Group Fitness class bookings
- Ability to manage your Swimming Lesson bookings, including make-up lessons online
- Live updates of our Lap Lane availability via the Nillumbik Leisure Client Portal.

We’re upgrading to Perfect Gym to deliver a better overall experience for our members — with modern features that make it easier to manage your bookings, membership, and communication with our team. - When will Perfect Gym go live?
The new system will go live on 9th April 2026. - Will this affect my membership or swim lesson bookings?
No. All existing memberships, students and upcoming bookings will carry over to the new system automatically. - Will I still be able to book classes or manage my membership online?
Yes — and it will be easier than ever. Perfect Gym offers a new-look online portal that’s faster, easier to navigate, and mobile-friendly. - Will there be any downtime or disruptions during the change?
We’ve carefully planned this transition to ensure there is no expected downtime or disruption to your membership or access to facilities. If any issues do arise that will impact your membership we will be sure to communicate this to you. More information will come closer to the transition of systems regarding any blackout or manual periods. - Who can I contact if I need help with the new system?
