Nillumbik Leisure and Aligned Leisure would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Nillumbik Council, Diamond Creek Swimming Club and the entire Nillumbik community for making our 40th Birthday Celebration at the Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool a resounding success!
The sun was shining brightly as families gathered to bask in the warmth of both the weather and the community spirit. Laughter echoed through the air, and the scent of delicious barbecue filled the atmosphere.
We were honored to welcome our speakers Nillumbik Mayor, Ben Ramcharan, Ellis Ward Cr Peter Perkins and Nillumbik Leisure Manager, Kathryn Williams, who acknowledged the sense of connection, fun, and took us down memory lane with anecdotes about the pool and swim club origins.
In the spirit of acknowledging the outstanding contributions within our community, we also took the opportunity to present Community Awards to those individuals who have made a significant impact on Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool.
