Swim Teacher ALLSTARS Program
Aligned Leisure is currently offering successful candidates a fully funded training program that will set you up to be a qualified Swim Teacher with Aligned Leisure. This program is open to anyone who has a passion for working with children. A position within the Swim Teacher team will be available for all successful candidates.
The ALLSTARS swim teacher training program is now accepting applications.
This exciting opportunity requires no previous teaching or training experience and is offered at the following Nillumbik Leisure centres:

What the program covers:
- Swim Teacher Licence
- CPR course (if required)
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- Payment for training and administration (limited to 36 hours)
- Total program value: Approx $1500.00
The application process
Step 1: Fill Out the Expression of Interest Form
Step 2: Initial Contact
After submitting the form, our swim school team will review your application. If you meet the initial criteria, a team member will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Step 3: Complete the Application Process
Submit any required documents and undergo a brief interview to assess your suitability for the program.
Step 4: Start Your Training
Once accepted, you’ll receive a further information about your training schedule and materials. Begin your journey to becoming a qualified swim teacher with Aligned Leisure.
