Attention Members and Patrons,
We wanted to bring to your attention an important update regarding our Learn to Swim Pool.
Currently, the pool is still experiencing a major fault with the heating unit. The parts that are required to repair the unit can only be sourced from overseas and are on a ship in transit. Our pool contractors are on standby to prioritise these repairs as soon as the parts have arrived.
Whilst we work to resolve the issue, the following steps have been put into action:
- Children’s programming will be temporarily relocated to the Warm Water Pool.
- To ensure the safety and comfort of all our members, we will be temporarily reducing the number of participants in some aqua classes to manage space effectively
- During these times and when swim classes need to utilise the jet spa area, patrons will receive access to the spa as an alternative.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience with availability of space however, our dedicated staff are working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly despite the ongoing changes.
Please remember to treat our team with kindness and respect. Your support and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work towards creating a better experience for everyone.
